| 1983 320i starter removal
Running into a clearance problem changing the starter in 1 1983 320i. Everything is disconnected, and the brace that attaches to the bottom of the intake plenum is off. The starter needs another 1/2 or so to come out, but I can't figure out what else I can remove. I am beginning to think about removing the intake manifold for greater access, but Haynes says I don't need to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
