Hey Everyone,

Struggling with an oil decision. The manual calls for 15W40- kinda tough to find and most everything I see is designed for diesel engines. Have been using Castrol Syntec 10w40- what do you all use? Thanks.

10w30, the low friction stuff (cant think of name now)

its in a green container....maximum horsepower
this has been runnin good for me

40 is a higher vicrosicty (sp)

the bmw part number for a case of bmw 15w40 oil is: 07 51 1469 398

goto a dealer and ask them for that =P
