1 Problem After The Other

Alright, in the past month my car has been snowballing with problems. my car shakes like no other, the clutch blew, my fan and clutch shattered, and now i have to get a new water pump. ever since i've had the car, when i start the car, it idles really really rough for about a minute. today, i popped my hood to put power steering fluid in and i see that there is like a rusty water colored liquid sprayed all over my engine. anyone have any idea what that could be? could it have to do with the water pump?

could be the power steering fluid. why did you need to top it up?

i filled it up because whenever i would turn, it seemed like it need to be filled a little bit more by the sound of the steering. i don't know if this helps finding the problem, but when i looked around for the spot, i saw that the fan had the rusty colored liquid all over it so it seems like its around there but not sure. i know the power steering its to the right of it but it just doesnt seem close enough

Rusty water is probably coolant related....... assuming that you have neglicted to change and flush your coolant in the recent past.
