YO HELP ME PLEASE M20 TURBO ADJUSTABLE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR w/ 24lb/hr injectors!?

Runnin 24lb/hr injectors to a pre-mapped ECU for the t3/t04E turbo with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. My problem is the car idles and runs great, Was misfiring on three cylinders yesterday (I baking soda watered the fuel injector harness connection and cleaned the pins with a pistol cleaning brush, cleaned battery terminals while i was at it). Car cranked and started right up on 6 cylinders with 20lbs of fuel pressure in the rail. What I am wondering is what fuel pressure do I need to be running in my fuel rail to get my motor to rev up to 6,400 R.P.M. (rev limiter for chip). So i can drive it into shop tomorrow for downpipe and muffler!? Any input would be greatly appreciated ya'll. Thank you for your time. ~Winston~
