yeah i know it's not the right forum, but i think i'm sticking with my stock wheels. Well, the 16 hartge wheels anyway. Now the big question, who should i talk to about getting a full size spare? BMW wanted a bundle($675-$800) and that hurt. U think i could find a used? I'll try to get some pix up soon.

If you want a fullsize spare just get a bottle cap and a 195/60/14 tire to put on it. I would not waste the money to get a wheel to match the others just for a spare.
yeah, but that would ruin the whole presentation of ice in the trunk. Full size spare is planned to be the center of attention. Otherwise, my bottlecap would work fine, but with an amp and 2 12's slated to go in , getting the spare out of the hole becomes a challenge

Well you could give the bottlecap a high-gloss black finish and paint the lip silver or something to make it look more blingish, if that's the image you're going for. It doesn't sound right to spend $600 on a spare wheel just so people can look at it, especially if you can get by with making the stocker look a third as good for a few cans of paint and a few hours of sanding.
You could buy some other pimp gear for your car with six hundred bucks that would far outweigh the cool factor of a matching fifth wheel, I would think.
i may have my brother powdercoat the steelies for me. He works at a mnaufacturing plant and they bring in wheels like that alle the time. and better yet, they be free

Wow, that's a pretty awesome connection.
I need to have mine refinished, someone actually painted them silver...bubbles everywhere. Anyway, I'd at least consider that option. You could ask someone in the Photoshop forum to mock up a picture for you to see what you want.
:P yeah, the only prob is that he has like five colors to choose from, black red blue yellow(ughhh) and white. Im thinking white or black, cuz' the bimmers burgundy w/ a tan top. I know black is way overdone, but what can ya do? i think the white would really pop, especially with the dark color of the car. Top is tan, but BavAuto helping with that little problem.
