Worth buying this e30?

It's a 1990 325is that has damage on the right rear panel which was hit while car was parked and small dent on right front panel. The panel rubs on the wheel, this is really the only mechanical issue with this car. Also body panel behind rear bumper is damaged. Because of that its got a salvaged title and it hasn't been registered since 08. Other than that the car was running strong with 185k miles on it. Here are some pics of what the damage looks like. To me it seems like it can just be hammered out. But let me get your guy's feedback. Thanks.

I wouldn't do it with bondo. Do it professionally or don't bother at all. It's still a nice parts car if you decide to not get it fixed. And ditto on the wheels.
