I'm using the e30 fuel pickup and sender in an older BMW (e9). There are two pins on the pick-up (for the in tank pump), presumably one for positive and the other for ground. That shouldn't be hard to figure out. On the sender, there are three pins. Anyone know the specific function of each, left to right?
Sorry can’t remember pin numbers or wire colures, but the 3 pins are earth, level, and warning light. With the sender out you should be able to work it out with an ohmmeter and by tipping the sender
