My windshield wipers all of the sudden turn on by themselves as I'm driving or even sitting parked with the car on. They always go right to the medium speed and stop whenever they want to. SOmetimes they don's stop and I have to turn the car off.

I just replaced the fuse and the freakin expensive relay. No change...

What gives??

I finally fixed it! It was a loose connection at the washer fluid canister where the connector that controlls the release of fluid had come loose.

I tightened it and it's now fixed. It is the connection that faces the engine and has two wires coming out of it.
