my bimmer is being wierd, the turn signal, the right signal makes this freaky buzzing noise and if im parked it makes the tach jump to like 3000 rpm, but while driving just does the high pitched buzzing noise, but the left signal works great, any ideas? All I did was accidently push the hazards, and they for some reason stay on so you gotta push it a certain way for it to stay in...

All it could be is your relay, take off the plastic cover behind the steering wheel but to take off the cover you have to take off the steering wheel itself. That is very easy jsut get a 22mm socket and take off the nut then mark the position on the gear and pull the steering wheel off exposing the two bolts, pull them off and the relay is right there. Hope this helps...
your hazard button could be going and since a bunch of the signaling goes through that switch I would head off to the wreakers and get a working one, pop it out and replace it.
My emergency switch went and I had to use zap straps to hold it in until I got home for the replacement. LOL. I disconnected it first and found I had no turn signals so the holding it in was the only thing I could do for it.
try that first and see what happens, go to the junk yard first for the easy fix, I have an 83 E21 and so far saved myself mega bucks getting second hand parts. These old ladies are head scratchers at times but fun to play with. if you havent got one get a haynes manual and it will direct you on your trips of frustration and fun. I would also use google and type in your problem and you would be amazed at the info out there on the web
former owner just replaced relays on it recently, and left the cover off... can I swap the hazard and turn signal and see how that effects it to test if its the relay or not? I know i can in my other car...
are they hard to reach up in there? pain in my ass in the other car ghead

Buzzing noise is generally a bad relay or good relay with a bad ground...
A bad hazard switch will cause a bad ground condition!!!
A NEW hazard switch is where I would start.
