Where to find actual "lowering springs" for a 83 e21?
I found some H&R springs on tire rack, but they only lower 1.3in front and rear and im looking for a more substantial drop than that. If you have any lowering springs on your car please post a picture. Thanks for any help

They dont list anything for the E21 on their site but i know for a fact they have kits that work with the E21, and they will even set you up with the perfect rates for your setup...
And if you have been living in a cave and havent heard of them their stuff seems to be dominating all forms of racing in the US haha...
They springs they use are made by the Eibach Racing Division...
god they should pay me for this, but it really is a fantastic product

Those sound perfect, but im looking to spend a little less seeing that i have to buy new struts and shocks, and the engine may need a little refreshing sometime soon(its at 281k as of now). Are there any more springs made for this model of car?

nope, if you want to go low, there is no other option to date...unless its custom...unless i missed something, but i follow E21's quite closely
if you want more than a 1.25" drop these really are the only thing i know of sorry...i have a few other spots to check though...hmm brb
Edit: Yep, thats about it

You can run H&R springs without the rubber spring pads in the struts and get about a 1.5" drop. Anything more than that and you will have to go to coil-overs or something custom.
