Whats good clutch kit for 89 325i

I going to change clutch in my 89 325i
I looking for best bang for the buck kinda clutch (cheap but good)
I won't have any internal mods on engine,so its gonna be stock except for filters and some other free mods
So who makes them???

BTW i need something that gonna hold under my quick left foot (banging gears) ,in my 94 Mustang GT vert that have 302 n/a just heads and cam 311HP/340TQ i burn 3 clutches high performance clutches in 30 months
