I belive your rear-end is LSD and it's a 3.73:1. I know my car (91 318is) has a 4:11:1 LSD rear end in it, and the drop-top 318i has a 4.27:1 rear end. It's the most gear-reduced rear end for e30s.
Course, if you wanna be sure, you can just look for the code on the metal tab that's screwed onto the case =) LSD's have the prefix S on them. For example, if you look on your final drive and you see the metal tag and it says:
S 3:73 2004
Or whatever, that means it's an LSD with a 3:73:1 ratio and the model is 2004, or whatever.
The tranny ratios depend on what tranny you have, but I'm guessing it's the Getrag 240/260. The 240's ratios are:
