Hey all, I'm new here. I don't drive an E30, let alone a BMW. But I'm working on that! :wink Anyways, I came accross this while on Tire Rack and was wondering if anyone knows what color this is. I've never seen an E30 that color before, is it an actual BMW color, or just some crazy concoction by TR to mess with my mind? LOL.

later e30's had a dark blue (similar to orient blue on current 3 series), and earlier ones had a blue slightly lighter than avus blue.

here's a 91 with mauritius-blau...

my cousin owned a vert in that blue....he decided to drive his wife around at HIGH speed. she made him sell it. he now drives an infiniti and is working on getting a 2.3L saab turbo

No, that's definitely not an original E30 BMW colour. It is nice though.
