Pioneer DEH P3600.

- 50x4 watts peak, 22x4 watts continuous
- 94dB signal/noise
- 2 Audio line-out RCA phono x 2 Installed, 1 IP-Bus
- 3-band parametric equalizer
- 50 Hz, 80 Hz, and 125 Hz high-/low-pass frequencies

Sounded better than both of the Alpine units I wanted.
It'll sound even better once my sub is on an amp.

Hey guys, I got a nice Kenwood one that was like 250$. I dont know the model, cuz I got it for christmas, but it does like 27 x 4 continuous. BUt its like, I know the reciver(head unit) is good, and I got some new speakers in, but I cant go that loud without the speakers popping and stuff. and my friends(who are more into car stereos then I) say that I need a new amp, and that even just a new 200 watt amp would help a lot and make it sound really clearn and get some more oompf. what small amp would you guys recommend for speakers, not a sub.

I have a Pioneer DEH-P7500MP
Its 50wx4, and also plays MP3s.
The EQ it has built in also makes my subs sound great, and theyre 1000 watt Audiobahn 12"s

Personally, in my opinion, Sony and JBL are garbage.
Id go with a 4 channel Kicker or Fosgate amp, 200-300 watts should be plenty for your components.

Rule Of Thumb: If you can buy it at Walmart or Pep Boys, Its CRAP.

:rock Ive got a kenwood kdc headunit the one that flips down and covers itself 40x4 watt, 2 kenwood kdc 2-channel 300 watt amps, 2 JL Audio w3's, door tweeters(the ones on the side mirrors), Polk Audio/Momo 5.5in speakers all around. Talk about earsplitting sound :rock my whole car shakes and my friends can hardly breathe in my backseat :rock
