WANTED: simple instructions to replace shocks/struts for 1st time...

Thx. I just bought a 328ic few weeks ago. I knew they needed new shocks/struts when I bought her. I've been searching online, youtube, forums, etc....searching for simple DIY instructions to replace both front and rear shocks and struts. Mind you i've never done this before but i'm relatively handy. If buying a kit where the springs are already compressed is a simpler option, i'm all ears! Any help would be appreciated for this new guy.

Get it on axle-stands...
Place a jack between the axle and body (rear) 'n they will fall out...
Front- Remove all bolts from hub carrier, then top mount bots (under hood)...#
ALL OFF?
Using spring compressors on the front struts- clamp the shaft and undo the top locknut...

Install in reverse proc. LOL!!
