I usually search autotrader.com and newspaper for good deals from someone who doesnt know any better. LOL
Id get an is or es or super eta
Ive seen some stock M3's occasionally under $8K
ebay has some listed
If I was going to invest the money Id start with a decent M3 if I could, do an S50 or S52 motor conversion etc etc etc
cleaning up an already race preped car might be cheaper in the long run too.
check bmwcca web site as well there are some nice spec cars for sale there
