hey guys. I have an 1984 325E Bimmer. I was told by 2 mechanics that sometime is wrong with my valves. My car ticks really loud. And even loud when I'm driving and accelearating on the pedal. Do you know if I need to buy any parts to readjust the valves??? or can it be done just by opening the engine.
what kinda mechanics told you this? if they are BMW mechanics , go back and ask them for some advice. i really dont know much about the older E series Bmw's but i hope you have some success in this matter. please lemme know how it goes.
