the 325e was 100% designed for gas mileage and long life, it is the furthest thing you can get from a performance engine.
Honestly you would be best swapping in a M20B25 or M50...
The E in 325E stands for Eta, which is greek for Economy. If you want power swap motors if you want a "boosted" car
But to answer your Questions no such "kits" exist for the 325e
Edit: Speaking as a person who owns a 325es lol i feel ya

swapping in the M20B25 is kinda silly unless you are gonna stroke it and put in a nice cam, you are better off just doing the M50 swap, its not to hard

I was kinda thinking the same thing over all. But still wanted to take a look around for the m20. Never know what you might find. Nonetheless i was looking at a junk yard in san diego that has a lot of BMW salvaged cars.
Going ot call today to see what i could get price wise. Seems like they have a pretty good inv. Just need to find the right one.
Hey, Kyle. If I get my hands on an M50, you wanna' come up and help me install it? (read...i'll sit back with a stogie and beer while you sweat).
I actually have a chance to get my hands on another 2.7 Eta motor, before I drop it in, I would like to rip it apart and do what I can to beef it up a bit, not like a turbo or SC or anything though, just other minor things, or is there such a thing and 'minor things' when it comes to these motors?

pass though i do have some family up there that owns a farm...i know shocking...a family that owns a farm near calgary lol...
as far as beefing up the Eta, asside from some porting and polishing and the i cam/springs conversion there isnt much more you would want to do to the Eta. the M20B25 is a better engine for heavy modding...

For the amount of work needed, it would be simpler to swap pistions, head, and intake from an "i" motor. After that swap out the ECU from an "i" car, then you are in business. Anything less than that, any gains, I hate to say it, would be medioaker.
