My car (BMW 320) battery is flat and I can not open the trunk to access the battery. I tried to jump start the car using the battery extension at the front of the car, but it did not work. Does anyone know how I could open the trunk????
The lack of battery power shouldn't affect the ability to open sinlge operations. I had a low battery and I was still able to turn the key in the drivers door to open the lock. In regard to the trunk though, you have to turn the key so tha the hole is horizontal and push with tbutton with the key in the hole still. That should probably work... I've opened my trunk with no battery power too. It's tough but do-able.
Thanks Preston,
I have tried to do that, but I can put the key only vertically. I can not turn it right or left to make it horizontal.... I really wonder why...
