Due to lack of time and funds right at the moment... i have unfortunately decided to part with my baby. Im working 55 hours a week right now, plus having a girl friend leaves me not much time at all. i thought about losing the girlfriend but she wasnt too fond of that idea .
the car was only hit in the front left side. thats it. i hit the bottom of his bumper so all the damage is ABOVE my aluminum bumper. from what i can see, there is no engine damage at all. and i know for a fact that it runs because after i was hit, the motor kept right on running until i turned the key. my guess is a wire or 2 got cut that runs to the starter. or even could be just a fuse snapped. but anyway, as you can see from the pics, pretty much everything under the hood is still intact. the car is a 1987 325is with only 87,000 original miles on the car. anyone need parts or would like the whole car, let me know or make a offer. im sure it would be a easy fixer. the money will be put to good use toward my next bimmer, when i save up enough. the car is located in greenville, Michigan. zip- 48838
anyone want a lovely E30 into E21 swap? my prototype mount is almost done......and an I motor in an E21 would be sexy........

That left side would be mad easy to fix.. doesnt look like too much real damage.. just a new hood and radiator support and fender.. new fender is like $30 for an aftermarket one, new headlights for the early e30s are like $5, hood shouldnt be more then $100, radiator support can run upt o around $100 or just have a body shop fix the support...
radiator support p/n is 41-00-1-939-059 if you want to look into it.
a car with that low of milage.. fix her up.. its worth it.
again, not to be an arse for those who pm'ed him that offer..........but the motor and trans alone are easily worth that much (had offers of 600 for my e motor and 500 for my trans, so it's close).....not to mention all the other goodies on the car.
i agree with nuke, she doesn't look like she would be that bad of a fix.
either that or part her out yourself

i jsut pulled off the front left quarter panel and the wheel well is smashed in. almost to the wheel. and also, not to sound like a dumbass or anything, but what are the two parts right in between the left headlamp and the wheel well. one of the is what the throttle cable comes out of before it runs to the motor and the other is like a small square box that is right in front of it. they are both smashed too. the radiator is fine. all the damage is on the left side.
well in my car i have a 91 318is i dont know if they are the same exact setup but that is where my abs braking is....just trying to help
