Tach ,temp gauge and MPG gauge doesn't work anymore

Last week i was changing light bulb in trunk when i accidentally tuch positive to the ground and burn one of fuses, i didn't have any dime lights, tach temp and MPG stop working and clock too
Then i changed fuse and since then Tach ,temp and MPG doesn'twork right , it bounces all the time
BTW i changed batteries in SI board 4 months ago

Check all of the other fuses. Don't just look, actually test them, some of the orginal BMW top view fuses can pop and not look like it.
