Switch engine

I have buy a nice bmw 325es 1986(2.7L) but i want to put the 2.5L engine for have more power. So i need to know if i can put a bmw 325i/is 1989 engine on a 1986 325es manual tansmission?!?

P.s Did you have good web site to buy rebuilt egine?!?
And does its a good idea to put a cheap or my car or it will scrap my engine?

What you need to do is get a 325i motor and put the head, intake manifold, and fuel injection system on your "e" block which would turn it into a 2.7 "i" motor. Do a search for the conversion cause it is a very popular thing to do to the "e" motors.

Yes i have this possibility but for two reason i'm not sure i want to do it
1st : if this web site say true....it's not a god idea...

2st ..it will be very exensve for all the gasket....
so is for this reason that i whant to change all the engine.
I have now 3 possibility
1: "i" head on "e" block...big job
2: full "i" engine whif my transmisson if is possible or a new trasmission if is not ($$$)
3: I dont change my engine and just put a chips, intake and Headers....
