Yea they do, for example over in europe they have turbo-diesels. I know for sure they used to make a turbodiesel V-8. Mostly they are on europena models.

the t in 318ti stands for touring, i dont believe they have ever put a capital T on the back of a car. the only other turbo car they made was a 745i early '80s. c prolly means coupe, but you are reading way too much into the letters in the badge, it doesnt really matter
I believe the t has always meant touring....for example, 2002tii (2002 touring international injected) and 2002ti (touring international) and the 2002touring (with touring spelled) was a hatchback. Therefore, the 318ti is also probably 318touring injected. I don't think t has ever meant turbo in the US. maybe on one of the diesel turbos in europe....but not US
they do have 'td' for turbo disel, there was a 525td im pretty sure but anyway the whole 't' thing is stupid if a car that is obviously not touring is labeled touring, but when i come to think of it bmw dont badge all their tourings with a 't' so yeah oh well...
318ti is not turboed, the older BMW's that have a T usually mean turbo, no E36 came with a turbo, k?
iC = convertible
Ci = coupe
