A stroker motor could be built from 2.5L 325I pistons, cyl head and intake with the 2.7L E block, crank and rods. The cyl head off the I motor flows much better with much larger intake runners, intake and exhaust valves. Along with with the raised top I motor pistions and longer E motor stroke and you could have a stroker motor that could belt out decent numbers keeping your stock look.
My question is: Although I thought about building it, I'd like to know if any has anyone actually done this yet.
Unfortunately, this forum should be called "E36Bimmerwerkz.com", because that is what most of the traffic is about. That being said, if you want some nice E30 sites, try www.r3vlimited.com and www.e30tech.com. They are a lot more specialized towards E30's and are quite a bit more on topic. LOTS of info on these two sites.
p.s. I really like the people here, though, that's why I still post here.
