I am getting 6 new injectors for my E30 and I was wondering what the Stock pressure rating is...e.g.(15 lbs) I found some injectors that were rated at 15 pounds and I want to know if these are suitable for my car. Thanks

Does any one know enough about E30 fuel systems to know if 15 lb injectors would disrupt my current system, like the car running to rich or lean at certain rpm..etc... Thanks again guys

no it wont, maybe for a week or so but then the computer should learn them and make adjustments. but where did you get 15 lb injectors from?

you can run up to 24# injectors on the stock ECU and it wont run overly lean. i was doing it for a while, but just backed off to 20.5# injectors 2 days ago because the ireland engineering injectors were of better quality then the 24# disc injectors i had.
just have to tune your AFM to know that there are bigger injectors there.

doesn't the computer do that for you?

no. it does to a point but not for big injectors.
you have to pull off the blue plug on the afm and turn it CCW to lean it out. otherwise you'll get a check engine light every time you have the throttle constantly at any position (cruise control on, idling at a stop light, etc) and you'll run overly rich.
