looks after market to me. Stock mufflers were round with a single oulet. But maybe the ix were different.

looks like just the end pipes are aftermarket, like he plasma cutted or did something to take the orig end pipes off, and put new ones there.

LoL all you guys are as noob as you can get. Any of you actually own e30s? Apparently not. Yea those are stock, they stick out like that, the muffler is straight and the tips are bent at a 30 degree angle. This was supposedly so the air flowing past the car would create a vacuum and sweep effect and suck the gasses away.

my exhaust tips dont seem to be that long, maybe its just cuz Im high.

i dotn have an e30, but the problem is how his tips ar not directly welded to the muffler, whereas they are welded onto other tips underneath. that is why i said they cud be old aftermarket tips.
also his exhaust is hanging kinda low, maybe it has been tampered with

Nope, stock muffler no tamper, however the rubber hangers are probly shot, it is hangin a bit low. Nice 2001 or 2002 expidition in the back too.

Didn't they put those on Explorers, Sport Tracs, and F-150s, too? Or was there something else you were going by aside from th wheels. Looks a little high for an SUV.
im pretty sure they only put them on the explorers and expiditions. And it looks to low to be an explorer but i guess well find out if he responds

An the anwser is... It's an 02 explorer. Thats my wifes car. I hate Suv's. If it were up to me for what we paid for that thing their would be a new 3 series sitting thier. thanks for the info guys.

An the anwser is... It's an 02 explorer. Thats my wifes car. I hate Suv's. If it were up to me for what we paid for that thing their would be a new 3 series sitting thier. thanks for the info guys.
