i doubt they will lower your car very much, if any, and they arent very sporty springs to begin with. if your gonna pay to have them installed then its deffinately not worth it

i use H&R sports and love them, i sometimes wish they made my car slightly lower, but on the track they seem like the perfect ride height. eibach prokit springs give you a lower drop and move more weight to the front of the car which will help get rid of understeer, but i dont know how stiff or soft they are. the H&R cup kit is the perfect drop for pre88 e30's, and are made with comfort in mind. IE Race springs are the best for track use, they drop the front lower like the eibachs, and are the stiffest of the bunch.

edit: now are we just talkin about springs?
no, the cup kit is h&r springs and boge shocks (i think). its also a bit lower than the sports
