Spring Manufactureres For E30's

I apologize if somebody asked this question but I could not find anything clear on this subject when I searched "spring rates".

I am thinking of getting a bilstein kit with the springs that they provide but am not sure if they are good and if the Eibach Pro-Kit is better. What about H&R?? I am trying to find some nice springs and was curious about your guyses experience with your springs.

I want to take my car racing but am also going to use it on the road so I do not want to hit my head against the roof all the time. Something that drives sporty but will not cause me to break bones would be nice.

pretty much if you want the best get the bilstein kit but if you want the sporty ride with out looseing all the ride comfort then check out the Bavarian Autosport spring pce oo=[][]=oo

XtremeDream. thats weird i know the owner of a stereo shop here in town thats called Xtreme Dreams. The BavAuto springs are good if you want a stock ride

I have the Bilstein BTS kit on my car and I'm pretty sure Eibach makes the springs for Bilstein. The BTS kit is a great kit if you don't want to go with coil overs.

Do you know what rates though are good and what ride height?? I know the E30 and all the other McPherson cars have problems with ride height since it messes up the roll centers like crazy. I was also curios what rates are alright to use on the street but still agressive on the track???
