Speedometer / Gauge conversion

I currently live in Germany and am moving to England. I have a European Spec 2001 316i that I want to take with me. UK rules dictate that I must have a speedometer that depicts MPH, but mine only shows KPH. Is there a way to replace the speedometer without spending too much money?

An EBay search comes up empty handed. Seems that 316i was not sold in US. Even searched Ebay UK and EBay Germany. I'm guessing that any 3 Series dash would suffice. But they seem to be hard to find.
