Speedo Problem

I haven't put much effort into fixing this problem yet, but it seems that the speedo works when my OBC is functional. ( on board computer ). And if it goes out ( the lights are very dim ) the speedo just drops like a fly. Much work to do on my car but it will be tuned. As soon as i gather enough money in fixing some cars with my dad, we'll tune this baby. But first thing is first to get it running smoothly.

But yeah really looking for someone around the LA area, who has some massive knowledge on the e30's not just cars in general. Would really help

Yeah there is a trick to fixin it, I have a detailed directions on the fix. Mine dosen't work at all and I am doing mighty fine. You'll have to take out the guages and do some sodering. More hassel than it's worth (untill you get a speeding ticket that is).
