the 325i series have the m20b25 engine that has 168hp and 164tq
the 325e series have the m20b27 with 142hp(not positive) and 170tq
the only difference between these two engine is the head, crank, connecting rods, and pistons. m20b27 is an economic engine thats low reving and high torque and gets great gas mileage. m20b25 is a higher reving more performance oreinted engine (what i have

the m3 has the s14 engine. its a 2.3 liter four banger that pushes 192hp and 170tq.
its power curve is kinda crappy for street racing but the front to rear weight ratio is awsome and is very fast on the autocross.
the is/es models have sport packages including lsd, heavy duty shocks, buckets, and a cool little spoiler.
the ix model is awd.
as for weight go to they all are pretty much around 2855 lbs. Give or take a hundred pounds.
that should clear up some questions.
