| Soft top compartment wont open!!!
Hey guys. I recently bought myself an 88 325i. I love this car!! I was able to put the top down twice and it went down perfectly. The latches openned fine, the compartment held in open while i folded the top in, and it shut just fine. Then next time I tried to put the top down the compartment lip wouldn't open. I've been trying to find a schematic or dwg that will give me some clue as to why. What is happening is that the driver side of the compartment will open, but it seems stuck shut on the passenger side. I don't want to yank it open. Some advice would be greatly appreciated.
