side marker lights?

hm so i was wondering. all ournd on the side of my bumpers i got those reflector thigns...and i thought i saw an E30 like mine with those lit up? Mine dont light up. is this because they arent supposed to or whats the story?
if u dont know what im talking about ill post a pic..but right now im lazy to look through my network files to find the 318s pic.

There are lights behind the small sidemarkers on the sides. your bulbs are probably just out.

hm i looked..the fronta re fine. but the rear are out.
alright ill replace them then i guess.

Yup they are supposed to light. Mine in back need replacing - corrosion

Yea the lights are really cheap and easy to replace
