SI Board Battery Issue Resolved

I have come up with, and tested a way to replace the SI batteries with a remote mounted battery holder. It can be installed wherever you would like for easy access and sure fire operation.

Next week when i have the time i will be making a simple TUT for here and other forums.

The basics of the installation involve removing the original batteries from the SIB and soldering and running new wires to a battery box that you can install anywhere in the car for maintnance down the road should the batteries ever die again.

And the best news of it all, all of the supplies to need will run you under $20.

hey there i think my si battery might be dead as well my tach doesnt work my odometer is off fuel gauge doesnt read and neither does my temp gauge i checked the fuses they seem fine what elts could it be? and my speed odometer seems to be about 10 miles an hour faster
