separating motor from auto trans

What else needs to be done other than removing trans from motor?
Are there bolts on the flywheel like an american motor?

Thanks,

rvaughnp

I've actually done this before!! There are bolts on the fly wheel, my question is are you removing the motor from the car or the tranny, or are they both out of the car?

Besides all the torx, thats bout it. That and a large pry bar! Make sure you get all the torx, if I do remember correctly we forgot one, but got it eventually.

Thanks for that,

the motor and tranny are still in the car. I have the motor down to a long block, much easier to get to all the torxs. Alright, i will look for the plate to access the flywheel bolts.
thanks again.

There should be a rubber bung at the bottom of the bell housing remove this, turn the engine over by means of the bottom pully, and at the same time shone a torch in the hole as you turn the engine you will see the bolts appear I think there's 4X
