Selector Rod Grinds After SSK install

Selector Rod Grinds After SSK install

Since ive installed a SSK the selector rod seems to be grinding, but only when you put it in 1st or second while rolling. The more pressure I apply to the left the more you hear it.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

Is it possible that the SSK is causing the selector rod to rub on something?

Might be, ill try changing all the bushings to see if that helps out. Theres a lot of side to side play in the shifter.
