For anything that won't be visible (like the underbody and floor pans) I would recommend POR15. That stuff STICKS TO ANYTHING and protects metal like a Tigress protects her cubs!

POR15 RULES!!! that stuff is awsome, and it gets soo stupidly hard its not even funny, it will take the grit off of sandpapper anyways yeah i would recomend sanding the rust and then painting it with POR15.
