That said, I spoke with Diffs Online about using the Diff oil and he said that a number of people had complained about diff noise with the Royal Purple product, the noise had disappeared when changed to more traditional options.
As far as the customer service goes, I rang the Royal Purple in the US from Australia and they were very helpful and forth coming with advice, so give it a whirl, but be prepared to accept that you may need to change the oils again if they aren't performing to your satisfaction.
