its pretty easy. to take off the bottom peice just grab on the bottom of the seat on the edge, you should feel a pipe or something and just pull up sharply.
and for the back peice, just look at the bottom at both end after you take a bottom seat off, there should be 2 metal things sticking out that are bolted to the car. just unbolt and pull off. the bolts may be hidden under some of the leather or what ever your car is made of.
