does anyone know what relay is the three that are on the driver side strut tower i need to know what the one closest to the front of the car controls or what it is called so i can buy a new one it is the only five prong relay in the car
I don't know if you're still having problems with your relay, this thread is kinda old.
You're describing the "auxiliary relay panel." I've got an '87 325 6cyl (didn't check what you're running) and on mine, the one closest to the front of the car is the main relay. In line they are 1.main relay, 2.fuel pump relay, 3.oxygen sensor heater relay.
