Can any one who owns a Euro spec BMW E30 post a few pics of their rear fog light on at night and in the day, the switch, and indicator light in car. Setting my rear fog up and just need to see how bright it will be.

If you look at the back of your rear light holder you will see the holder for the rear fog bulb (empty socket). In the U.S. BMW's do not come with rear fog lamps, Europe has rear fog lights (it's the law over there).
The rear fog light is a bright red light that allows the rear of your car to be seen in fog.

<!--QuoteBegin-Speedy-325is i think we call those "reverse" lights, or indicators here.......
call me crazy though, but EVERY car has those.....[/quote]
Yeah. It's like an extra brake light you just switch on in fog. Some have 2, but many just one so you can tell it's not a car braking In my sig, this car would have it in the red sector below the white backing lights

i think it looks sick...more european i did it on my E30...gave it a classy look...besides when people tail gate.....turn on your fogs and they hit their brakes and when they feel dumb...then you put on the real brakes along with the fogs...trips em out haha

that actually sounds like fun, id use them to mess with tailgaters all the time...hrmmm i don't think my aftermarket lights have that function though, sadly.

my e30 which is euro spect got them.
i did not even know it got them until i changed the gaskets on the rear lites.
the indicator is red, usually you will have two button switch.
mine does not work, only left side.
i gotta rewire to get the right line working again, but i rather to avoid electrical conflicts in my e30 or little red lites in the panel saying that.
i dont have a camera yet maybe for xmas, who knows....
