is there anything else you can do other than changing the pistons?
i'm thinking flattening the head here....
has it been succesfully tried?
if so, by how much?

shaving the head. using an aluminum head gasket.... not much else.

I would shave 30thou out of my head but I dont want the valve smashing the pistons (with a 288 cam)

i think the european M20B25's pistons make the compression around 9.4:1
