Racing Harness HELP!!!

ok i am thinking aobut getting some harnesses in my car...but i dunno like if i hafta make my gay gayd up with the installation of em, i wanted it to look somewhat clean still but a lil racey, and i want it kinda well ok for the people in the back not all tight u kno, so help me out...i need to know about companies that make harnesses, perferably ones from europe, but well just gimmie some names plz :-D thanks ahead of time guys! you all great l8

First off whats your point of getting a harness? If youve ever worn one you know they are the most annoying pieces of crap ever and unless you absolutly need one for a autocross race you wont want to wear one. They are constrictive, tight, and horribly rubbing. Also if you dont have a roll cage you cannot properly install a harness.

Why not just try and get a set of the BMW recaro seats for the e30? I've got a set in mine and they have awsome lateral hold. If it didn't feel weird to me to drive without a seatbelt, I bet it wouldn't bother me at all, top shelf seats. They're easy to reconize if you go junkyarding. They have an extended leg adjustment, and pretty distinct kidney pads. Plus they fit right into your stock seat...area... hole...thingys, so you don't have to do any silly work to make them fit. I got the whole set swapped into my car in an hour. Front seats and the rear leather bench.

yep, those are recaros D best of the best...i cant find aftermarket seats as good as those...kind of a shame...haha...so if you have those Why the FU@# do you want an ugly harness...dude go buy a civic or integra and slap a Fast N Furious sticker on your windshield if you want a harness in a barely modded car with no roll cage heh no offense but good god...have some respect for your BMW

I'm not as extreme as Bmdubay, but I agree. Those seats are freaking -top shelf- seats. And yours look like they're in awsome condition. So if you're going to get a racing harness, I'll buy your drivers seat from you. But my advice- keep the damn seats, they're SO awsome. Recaro makes seats for airlines and from what I understand often military air application seats as well - so they know what they're doing. But like I said, if you take those seats out, I'll buy your drivers seat for sure.

if i were to get new seats, i wuld of gotten recaros, but that wuld come alot later. im going to stick with em. i really do like them
