| Yes. Usually in the same panel as your hazards, and the rear window defogger, there is a blank button. It's some kind of circuit breaker that, if it's popped, will disable your power windows. (I'm not sure if it disables the sunroof...I'll have to check) Anyways, you can tell it's popped (pushed out), because it has a red ring that is hidden when it is pushed in.

Then again, if you ripped your dash apart, who knows what happened. I'm getting ready to rip my dash apart this weekend to replace the SI Batteries, and the lamps in the radio and OBC, so I'll be especially careful there...
