I have a 1988 BMW 325iS. Can someone tell me where to find the power steering fluid and how to replace it? Thanks

it should be in a black canister. Just unscrew the clamp and lossen the clamp which is connected to the canister. (make sure you clog the hole of the container so you dont make a mess).

It will be a black or brown canister that is attached to the drivers side strut tower. The best way to change the fluid is to undo the hose on the pump and let it drain out. Then refill with regular ATF trans fluild. DO NOT PUT POWER STEERING FLUILD BACK IN IT. The power steering system in the E30 was designed to work with ATF, using regular power steering fluid can mess up the pump and seals in the system.
