Power hood on e30 cab problems..HELP

Hiya everyone, im new to this forum!!

Hopin sum1 out there can give me a little help, coz i need it bad style...

I have E30 325i Motosport Cabrio.. The power hood was fine till few days ago when it suddenly wont come off.. i press the button but seems like its froze.. cant even hear the motors..


Please help.. Grately appreciated..

Hello Bro

I have the same problem with my E46 323 CI

Checked it out, found out that the cable inside the mechanism has been cut off.

Have you tried the emergency switch located inside the middle seat.

thanx bro, but i dont have a clue wot you mean...

you telling me my motor is totally gone.. or is it summet else...

will you give me a little for detail on this or how i can get it fixed or where i can go to do this job...
