Not directly. Pre-88 E30s can have plastic bumpers retrofitted to them, but it requires a bit of fabrication.

To put plastic bumpers on a car that didn't come with them is a lot of work. You are better off looking for a good body kit and going that route. The rear 1/4 panels and the body panel that holds the tail lights are completly different on a car that has plastic bumpers. Also the front metal air dam is different and the front fenders are different too.
