For those of you who are open to different experiences, first you might try getting "Performance BMW;" a magazine out of Britain. In the issue 66 March 2005, there is a great article on a 3.5 turbo charged E30 M3. But to make sure he gets an extra kick from the motor he had (and I'm just going to quote from the mag - page 45):
"But what if 350 bhp wasn't enough? Take a look in the boot and you're in for a shock. Even with the 3.5 litre lump and Garrett turbo, this apparently wasn't enough for the power-hungry Dips. Two big nitrous bottles are housed amongst the assorted ICE hardware, and it's all hooked up and ready to use at the touch of a switch in the cabin. Crazy."
I dont know, the turbo is kick ass but I hate bottle fed cars. n

Go for a ride in a car that makes 375WHP and has a 175 wet kit on top of that, you will change you mind about being bottle fed. Its an interesting feeling having the rear tires come loose when you are going 100+ MPH on the freeway

I'm impressed that an E30 chassis can handle that kind of power without being totally undrivable. That Swedish guy with the Volvo had to weld up his differential because there was so much power, and now the thing hardly turns. I wonder how that M3 does.
I look at the Performance BMW magazine every month. Rarely do I buy one, though. Not enough E30's. Lots of riced (IMO) E36's that are really pretty, but not really my style. Nice glossy photos, though.
