parts/tools for axle/control arm

Hey guys... i'm kind of new to this forum, but bf.c is down for a little and i need some help, so any help would be really appreciated.

Long story short, i hit a curb and definatly bent my front pass. control arm, and I'm pretty sure rear pass. axle. what tools would i need to replace them, becides a floor jack? I'm pretty good at mechanics, but havn't done much with my car becides engine and under the hood work.

so, any help would be appreciated. When i jack up the rear, the whole wheel bends in so i'm thinking it could be more than the axle?

as for tools, pickle fork, or some hammers... thats really the only special tool you will need. and a torque wrench, for the controll arms, as for the axles, my memory is shot right now as i'v been studying for the past couple hours, and its getting late.... so it would be good if somone else chimed in here...

could i pickup a torque wrench at sears?
