Is the part that goes under the bumper of my e30? Mine is without and after seeing a friends car with it on mine looks naked. I can't find the damn thing any where. Not even bavarian carries it!

Don't think so, post a pic of your front end and I can help. You're going to most likely need an " i " lip which attaches to the bottom of your front valence or you can go with an " is" lip like the one in my sig, your choice.
